“Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown strikes me as a mixed bag, its prime lakeside location and rooftop pool are definite highlights for vacationers; however, some rooms need updating. For business or family stays, the flexible conference spaces and marketplace dining hold appeal, provided you're not expecting flawless service. I think this property offers potential with some investment.”

amazing location!

room upgrade lake view extra blankets
upon my arrival, i received an upgrade. the service was prompt, i was easily able to walk into the main part of the town. my lake front view room included a wraparound balcony plus pool access! the heating was effective and i appreciated all the extra blankets.
i noticed that the front desk staff seemed unhelpful. they did not seem to be in the mood to assist me. they did not offer any details about the hotel facilities. that was frustrating.
